Persons intending to take Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree must be a graduate of any bachelor’s degree.
Further, he must have earned at least eighteen (18) units in English, six (6) units in Mathematics, and eighteen (18) units in Social Science subjects. But a person who lacks some units in these subjects may still be allowed to enroll in any law school or college of law. He may simultaneously take such units in the same law school or university or cross-enroll it in other school.

ReplyDeleteHi! can you give us a list of english, math and social science subjects we can take to complete the units required to take the PUPCLET?? I want to take the test but I only have 9 units in english, 3 units in math (does statistics count in Math subject?) and Psych units for social science.
ReplyDeleteHi. Those subjects are not required for purposes of taking up the PUPCLET. For as long as you are a college graduate, you can take the PUPCLET irrespective of your units in english etc. These subjects are required only for Bar Examination purposes; thus, you may take these subjects concurrently while taking up your law degree. ReplyDeleteI think it doesn't matter, as long as you pass the entrance exam you will be eligible to enroll and just like in the comment above, they will just check the 3 subjects. To give you a clue, the entrance exam, is essay type and after that oral exam, it is basically an interview anyway, I'm not sure if they will change the type of exam since the curriculum is Juris Doctor.:)

ReplyDeleteThe Enrolling Officer advised that it is better to take these additional courses during the summer, but I have work and cannot attend summer classes because of its schedule (it is daytime for most schools).
Can anyone suggest which school/university allows enrollment for only the additional units? And what are the requirements for enrollment?
